Norvis Arias graduated with an Associates degree in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Wellness Management and a minor in Health Science from SUNY Oswego. Her education and combined experience in personal training and work at a rehabilitation patient care setting has inspired her to improve mother's overall health with services to support relaxation and physical wellbeing. She uses Swedish massage along with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue techniques towards helping clients have a safer, healthier, and stronger pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
